Cancellation & Refund Policy
Last updated October 13, 2026
At Starrality Eats, we believe that clear expectations are an important part of a successful working relationship. This policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and changes to marketing services are handled.
The specific terms that apply to a project will be provided in the client's proposal, service agreement, or other applicable written agreement before payment or work begins.
1. Project Agreements and Payments
Before a project begins, clients will receive information outlining the agreed services, deliverables, fees, payment schedule, and applicable cancellation terms.
Because our marketing services are tailored to each business, payment and cancellation arrangements may vary depending on the project's scope and requirements.
Clients should review their written agreement before making payment or authorizing work to begin.
2. Requesting a Cancellation
Clients who wish to cancel a project or ongoing service should contact us in writing at:
Please include your business name, the service or project you wish to cancel, and any relevant order or invoice reference.
Cancellation requests will be handled according to the applicable service agreement and any rights provided by law.
Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically confirm that a project has been canceled. We will respond to confirm the applicable next steps.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refund eligibility depends on the applicable agreement, the status of the project, work already completed, costs already incurred, and applicable law.
Where a refund is due, the amount will be determined in accordance with the agreement and applicable legal requirements.
If work has not started, the treatment of any payment will depend on the agreed cancellation terms and any applicable obligations.
If work has already begun, the value of completed work, services delivered, and authorized costs may be considered when determining any amount refundable.
Nothing in this policy is intended to remove or restrict a consumer or business client's rights that cannot legally be waived.
4. Work Already Completed
Services may involve planning, research, SEO work, content production, campaign preparation, creator coordination, or other agreed deliverables.
Work completed before an effective cancellation may be payable in accordance with the service agreement. Any applicable charges or deductions will be handled according to the agreed terms and applicable law.
We will not represent work as completed if it has not been performed.
5. Creator Campaigns and Third-Party Costs
Certain campaigns may involve creators, production expenses, bookings, licensing, or other third-party services.
Where applicable, these costs and their cancellation terms will be disclosed and agreed upon in advance.
If a client cancels after authorized third-party costs have been incurred, the treatment of those costs will be determined by the applicable agreement, the third party's terms, and applicable law.
Starrality Eats will not promise that third-party costs are recoverable when the third party does not offer a refund.
6. Changes to Project Scope
If a client wishes to change the agreed services, deliverables, schedule, or campaign requirements, we will review the request and confirm any effect on pricing, timelines, and scope before proceeding with the changes.
Additional work or costs must be agreed upon before they are incurred, except where otherwise permitted by the applicable agreement and law.
7. Delays and Circumstances Outside Our Control
Marketing projects may be affected by circumstances such as delayed approvals, unavailable personnel, platform outages, or other events outside reasonable control.
If a significant delay affects a project, we will communicate with the client and discuss reasonable next steps, which may include adjusting the schedule, revising the scope, or following the remedies provided in the service agreement.
This section does not remove any refund or other rights required by law.
8. How Refunds Are Processed
If a refund is approved or required, we will communicate the amount and the expected processing arrangements.
Refunds will generally be returned through the original payment method where feasible, unless another method is agreed upon or required by law.
The time it takes for funds to appear in an account may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.

The terms applicable to an existing project will also be subject to its service agreement and any applicable legal requirements.
