We collect the information you choose to send us through our forms: the restaurant inquiry form, Growth Call request, AI Visibility Snapshot and creator application. Depending on the form this can include your name, business name, email address, phone number, website or social media links, location, business details and the messages you write. Creator applications may also include rates, availability and portfolio links.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to your inquiry, arrange calls, prepare requested reports and evaluate creator applications. We do not sell the information you submit.

Where it is stored and who processes it

Submissions are stored in our secure hosted database and are not displayed publicly. When you submit a form, a notification containing your details is emailed to our team through our email delivery provider. If you request an AI Visibility Snapshot, the business details you provide are used to search and review publicly available web pages about the business, and are processed by an AI service to generate the report. These service providers process information on our behalf to operate the website.

Cookies and analytics

Our hosting platform may collect basic technical information, such as page visits and browser type, to operate and measure the website. Staff sign-in uses browser storage to keep authorised users signed in.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete information you have submitted by emailing Contact@starralitynetwork.com. Emails we send include an unsubscribe option.
